• The customer-facing role responsible for greeting guests, operating the POS, managing online/phone orders, handling gift cards, and maintaining front-of-house cleanliness.
• Must be friendly, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and accuracy are essential.

• Executes menu items according to recipes and SOPs while maintaining food safety, consistency, and speed.
• Experience with fryers, grills, batch cooking, or Jamaican/Caribbean cuisine is a plus.
• Works closely with the kitchen team during high-volume periods.

• Supports the kitchen by portioning, labeling, preparing ingredients, stocking stations, and ensuring the line has everything needed for service.
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to follow prep lists and recipe specifications.

• Essential role responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, removing trash, sweeping/mopping, and supporting the BOH team as needed.
• Great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow in the restaurant industry.

• Assists the Head Chef with BOH operations, recipe execution, inventory, prep oversight, managing line cooks, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining food quality.
• Must have strong kitchen experience, leadership ability, and high attention to detail.
